We have been using Zoom for a while and have decided to combined all in the information about our support groups into one single place, hopefully making things easier for people to find.
All BAHVN Support Groups follow the HVN-USA Charter.
This page is separated into sections:
Online Meetings: Basic info on all the groups.
Computer Links: These are the links to use if you are joining the Zoom support groups using a computer or the Zoom smartphone app.
Phone Information: This is the information to use if you are calling into the Zoom support groups.

All Online Support Groups for Adults and Family members are on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday from 6- 7:30 pm, PST.
Game Night for Adults, Family members, and TAY are on Friday from 5-7, PST.
Note: Use the word password if you are using a computer or the Zoom smartphone app. Only use the numerical passcode if you are calling in.

To call in dial the number closest to you, then when prompted enter the meeting ID and press #. When prompted enter the passcode and press #. At this point, if the support group is already started the Host will allow you into the support group, if the support group has not yet started, then press # to wait until the support group begins.
Note: if prompted to enter participant ID, you can press # to skip.

The Mental Health Association of San Francisco (MHASF) California Peer Run Warm Line (1-855-845-7415) is a non-emergency resource for anyone in California seeking emotional support. They provide assistance via phone and webchat on a non-discriminatory basis to anyone in need. They are presently hiring staff. For more information contact:

HealthRIGHT360:
HealthRIGHT 360 gives hope, builds health, and changes lives for people in need by providing comprehensive, integrated, compassionate care that includes primary medical care, mental health services, and substance use disorder treatment. Since 1967, Haight Ashbury Free Clinics has been an innovator in delivering primary health care services to many of the people who can least afford them. “Health Care is a Right, Not a Privilege” has been the guiding principle as well as its famous tagline.
Since 1969, Walden House has treated people with mental health and substance use disorder problems at various residential and outpatient centers throughout California, including in-prison treatment programs, and facilities in San Francisco and Los Angeles, providing drug and alcohol treatment and mental health, vocational and housing services for people transitioning back into their communities.
